Create a digital book and save it to Field Library

Turn selected outings into an edition worth revisiting.

Choose your chapters

  1. Choose Publish a book, then Digital. Use the date, activity and other filters to find the outings you want. Select the matching outings or choose chapters individually.
  2. Add a title, author, cover style and photo layout. Review chapter order, captions and companion contributions. Photos and maps are optional; only include locations you want in the edition.

Finish and save

  1. Confirm the book-content acknowledgment, then create your book. Preview it and check the photos and stories.
  2. Choose Save to Field Library while signed in. Wait for the saved confirmation. Open Field Library to read or download the edition later. You can also save a draft and resume it from Publish a book.

An edition is a snapshot

  1. A saved book preserves the selected content when it was made. Later changes to outings do not automatically rewrite that edition. Create a new edition when you want updated memories.
